Situated in Chester's Garden Quarter which is within sight of the city walls, it is a well-kept and easily accessible area running along side the Shropshire Union Canal which provides a pleasant 10 minute walk to the heart of the city, Delamere forest is only a 15 minute drive away ideal for a picnic, the Racecourse 10 mins walk and 10 mins drive to Zoo! The views from the property are of the canal basin and beyond towards the welsh hills, directly.

Situated Between Betws y Coed and Porthmadog. With fantastic views, it's wild, romantic and with incredible walks directly from the back gate.
A car is essential there are 360 miles of roads in Snowdonia with so much to see, food to eat, right from the mountains to the sea..we are central to everywhere in Snowdonia. The house is a great comfortable base to explore from.
Close to Black rock sands a 15 minute drive away.

It’s extremely Spacious with lots of places to spread! A West facing balcony for afternoon and evening sun.
Close to all the major tourist attractions all within a 30 mile radius, lots are closer! you can’t get more central than here. llechwedd slate mines with the Titan zip wire is a couple of miles away, 7 downhill mtb trails mountain bike graded blue to black with the best uplift service in the uk some even say in the World! You can even rent mountain bikes, World famous Zip wires times 2, Bounce Below all just 2 miles away, Zip world Forest trails, world famous narrow gauge Steam Railway just 1 mile away, Portmerion the Italianate village, many fishing rivers, lakes and Sea fishing, Snowdon the highest mountain in England and Wales, Llanberis mountain Railway up Snowdon! Many Historical Castles, Hiking, all within half and hour drive some only minutes away! The best drive on beach in Wales Black Rock Sands and Shell Island, we are smack bang in the centre of Snowdonia National Park just central to everything that's exciting to do, it is also a most relaxing place if you really just wish to sit read and sip a glass of wine , cook in the fabulous kitchen not wanting for anything, so just relax and look at the panorama. Maybe bird watching from the balcony, this certainly has the wow factor!
On 4 floors, walk into the welcoming hall into the open-plan large kitchen dining and sitting room then down the hall to the sun room with balcony off, while away the hours here.
Down stairs to the large lounge with log burner, a cosy sheltered out door covered seating area and large indoor storage area Ideal for equipment as bikes, diving gear,surf gear, walking gear.. also a fabulous shower room.

Central Snowdonia being the Adventure Capital in North Wales.. 3 days really is just taster.. you’ll need to come back again and again to do everything there is to do! maybe take a week?
Its easier to use the back gate that’s close to the rear parking and then access through the patio doors from the garden. There is extra parking in the car park across the road.
